Q: I’d like to discuss the potential for sponsorship/partnership/product placement opportunities at ISFMF. Who do I need to speak to?

SUBMISSIONS
Q: What do I submit to ISFMF – film or score?
A: The ISFMF is a festival of film music (score, soundtrack), means, we celebrate both film and film music. So, one is not complete without the other.
The answer is – both, film and score. We except only submissions which contain both film and score.

Q: Is the Award going to film or soundtrack?
A: The Pine Awards are awarded to film scores and sound, so the awards are going to composers and sound designers.

Q: How do I submit a film/score/sound to ISFMF?
A: Submit your film/score/sound to ISFMF via Filmfreeway.

Q: Who can submit film/score- only composer or someone else as well?
A: Film/Score/Sound can be submitted by composer, sound designer, director or producer of the film.

Q: What about submitting my Short ?
A: As with features, we accept short films. We also accept short documentaries and short animated films.

Q: Can I submit more than one film?
A: Yes, you can submit any number of films (please note that film/music from the film has to be produced within a certain time).

Q: Is there a fee to submit my film to ISFMF?
A: Yes, fees are published on our website.

Q: What is the deadline for submissions?
A: Deadlines are published on our website.

Q: You rejected my film, can I have some feedback from you?
A: Yes, contact us.

Q: Can I submit my film from another country?
A: Yes. Since the event is international, ISFMF is accepting entries from all over the world.

Q: How do I submit my performance to ISFMF?
A: If you want to send us details about your performance or an artist you represent, please contact us through our contact page.

Q: What are the prizes for Best Original Score?
A: The prizes for Best Original Score are published on our website.

Q: How the selection process works?
A: All submissions are viewed by the jury and the board and then rated. Within the several phases of voting, selected films are narrowed to the list of nominees and eventually the winners.

Q: My film was selected but I can’t find it on the nomination list.
A: If your film is selected but not nominated, you didn’t get enough votes to pass the second voting phase.

Q: My film is selected, do we need to send materials?
A: We will get in touch if we need anything.

Q: I would like to interview one of the guests at ISFMF. How do I submit my request?
A: It is entirely the Guest’s decision whether or not they will accept interviews whilst at Soundtrack. However, we will pass your request along. Please send your request via our Contact Page.

ACCREDITATIONS
Q: Is there an all encompassing Festival Pass for ISFMF?
A: The ISFMF accreditatios will be available and will provide you with passing to ISFMF official program.

Q: How can I become a ISFMF volunteer?
A: First of, thanks! Please fill the volunteer application form and we will be back to you quickly!
